I have been playing drums for over 25 years and have studied with John Saldo, Jeff Indyke, Tommy Campbell, Bobby Sanabria, Kim Plainfield, Joe Morello and Blake Fleming.

During my time with these great teachers I have learned how to put practice routines together that will help improve your technique on the drums. With better technique everything you play becomes easier for you. You will play things you were not able to play before. I focus on hand and foot technique through the use of rudiments and various sticking exercises, ostinatos played with the hands and feet, double bass and clave pedal techniques.

I can also help you develope a better sense of time. One of the most important things for a drummer. I can help you learn many styles of music but I mainly focus on the art of drumming. This can be applied to any style of music you choose to play. Together we can improve your drumming.

So we've been looking for a serious and devoted singer for quite some
time now. Currently, our rhythm guitarist does all the vocals, but we
are looking for a real, full-time singer. If you can play guitar,
that's another plus.

We consider ourselves Hardcore/Punk/Grunge/Experimental and we've been
together as a whole for about a year now. We are all experienced
musicians, journeying through the garage band experience. I'm the
drummer for the band, and I have been playing with the bassist for
about three years or so. Around two years with the solo guitarist. Our
Rhythm guitarist was a recent addition.

All of us are either 17 or 18 years old.

We have had a few shows, playing at parties, shops, schools, sweet

I'm Kevonne Savoid, a female bass player/ singer songwriter with a regular 1 hour slot at Supreme Trading in bedford every other monday night. My sax player Thomas and I are in need of a DRUMMER and guitarist to complete our band, with plans to record asap and play out whenever possible. We have a lot of gigs all summer. We're looking for talented COMMITTED musicians who can at least meet up once a week on mondays and who have well rounded talent, passion and visions, we're taking our band to the top no doubt!

We're both about 25, kinda hippie light hearted type peoples from dc and cali, both highly involved in music and the community: Recording techs, emergency medical service, child protective orgs, landmark education, fundraising/pr, kung fu, property management, as well as getting out to concerts, traveling and being close with our family and friends, we'll soon have it all but we need YOU!

We've got a other randon gigs during the weeks, this monday night the 21st at Potion Cafe you can see us preform in Brooklyn, and we're having open auditions this all day before and tuesday in preperation for our shows the 26th and 28th.. Our practice space is in williamsburg/bushwick with practice and gigs on mondays at the least. Vocal Training and Study For Children Ages 4-7

Hi, I am a singer who has been practicing my craft in a pedagogical, as well as performance, environment for over a decade. This experience has taught me a variety of methods from more classical Western approaches, to more modern approaches (i.e. Estill, physiological self-narrative, voice movement therapy).

As a performing arts major at Naropa University, I gained the skills necessary to harness the power of my own instrument, as well as communicate these oftentimes overly confused practices to others. My experiences there led me to study voice in Tanzania, as well as India, to broaden my understanding�vocally as well as philosophically. Additionally, I have spent the past year as a nanny, alongside my songwriting and vocal work with other musicians. Subsequently, I feel I can offer the best of both worlds and will be drawing upon this unique combination of experience in each lesson.

As a final note, I strongly believe that all humans have the wonderful ability to sing and sing well�it is a simple process of building confidence and technique. These are values which can be extrapolated to all points in one�s life, and can be essential to those at an early age. I am currently offering voice lessons to children ages 4-7 (although this is not set in stone). I envision a class that is a mix of vocal development as well as great fun�with a lot of room for creativity.
