Jewelry Production Intern/Assistant Wanted (Brooklyn)

compensation: Hourly, Commiserate with Experience. To be Discussed at Interview


Up and coming handmade beaded jewelry company based in Brooklyn is seeking a production intern.

Duties will primarily include assembling pieces, fulfilling orders and working one on one with the designer. Experience in beading techniques such as crimping, basic assembly, wire wrapping and stringing is preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. A background in Fine Art or Fashion Design is very highly preferred. This is a part time position with extremely flexible hours that will take place a couple times a week. Studio is currently located in Park Slope near the 2, 3, B or Q train.

Our independent jewelry line has been featured in Nylon Magazine and The Etsy Blog. Everything is designed and handmade in house. We fulfill wholesale and retail orders and are beginning to prep for the Christmas season, thus the need for additional help.
