Self motivated, self starter wanted 40 hours per week to join a team of storage professionals. This mature property is in need of someone with self motivation and skills to assist management team with the overall maintenance and repair of the physical facilities. You will be responsible to supervise all maintenance and repair responsibilities. Hard work, ambition and tender loving care required. Experience in plumbing, light electrical, finish work and painting a must. Reliable transportation a must.
