spiritual/ philosophical group (brooklyn/ manhattan)

A small community of mostly 30-something-year-olds that meets every other week to discuss spiritual/philosophical topics. We begin with a short meditation and then discuss a universal spiritual topic or value. We are open-minded and broad thinking people, willing to draw from literature that is ancient, contemporary, spiritual, philosophical, religious, Eastern or Western.
Our common interest is in self-improvement and positive psychology.
