JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare detailed drawings based on designs and specifications provided by Architect; prepare filing applications for submission to NYC Department of Buildings and other government agencies; work directly with clients on assigned projects. Learn NYC Building Code and zoning.

QUALIFICATIONS: Chinese/English speaking required; proficient in AutoCAD; college degree in architecture or interior design preferred; positive attitude and motivated.
