Growing online retailer is looking for an experienced, proactive, energetic, well-organized and reliable Customer Service Representative with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. Hours for this position are 5pm - 11pm every weekday and are flexible to some degree.

Qualifications:
- Prior Inbound Call Center experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional phone skills
- Immaculate attention to details and organizational skills
- Associate or higher degree a plus
