Affiliated Central, Inc., an industry leader in electronic alarm monitoring services, is seeking a bright energetic person to join our Brooklyn, New York management team. In our state-of-the-art 24-hour call center, you will direct the activities of our customer service staff in responding to intrusion, fire and personal emergency alarm systems. You will work closely with dealers, life-safety agencies and other team members to safeguard our subscribers.
We offer a comprehensive training program by industry professionals. The ideal candidate should have a college degree or have a similar background in a customer service industry. A supervisory background within the alarm industry (although welcome) is not necessary. The candidate should be computer literate, a quick learner, have strong verbal communication and people skills. A positive attitude and a desire to succeed are required.
