Group Tour & Travel Sales Professional
TRAVEL-Motorcoach Group Tour Sales Department seeks experienced seasoned professional with strong travel industry foundation. Applicant will be responsible for the overall client relationship, participate in the development and administration of business plans, negotiate hotel rates and room blocks, prepare contracts, resolve client complaints and to provide assistance for other departments when needed. Must be highly self-motivated, responsible, organized with excellent communications skills.
Requirements:
• Experience in the travel industry such as group sales or reservation agent a must
• Familiarity with motorcoach leisure east coast destinations
• Strong interpersonal and client services
• Demonstrated success in the guided tour industry
• Cultivate new accounts and prospects through networking, telemarketing and client visits
• Continue customer contact to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service
• Determine client leads and help design customized tours based upon these leads
