I'm renting out a beautiful studio at the Navy Yard for the summer, June/July/August. It's a shared space, ca. 800 sq.f., my section being about 300 sq.f., with gorgeous views, high ceilings, newly renovated, good safety, clean, non-smoker, etc. Rent is 450 bucks per month, internet included.
